Prices

All the room prices which are listed on the website Ekavi Apartments include taxes, charges for all services and any other expenses that are specially mentioned in the hotel pages. The Management of the complex Ekavi Apartments reserves the right to change the published prices on the website Ekavi Apartments any time, without any prior notification.

Payments

For reservations of any room at the website Ekavi Apartments prepayment of the total amount is required, through bank deposit.

For each charge that takes place in the bank account, an electronic payment receipt will be issued and sent via e-mail to the purchaser.

Cancellations and changes

Holiday extension

If you desire to extend your holidays, during your stay in a room, the Management of the complex Ekavi Apartments can not guarantee you that you will remain in the same room. If you wish to extend your holidays, before you arrive at the hotel, you will have to contact with us on time.

Changes

To change the dates of your stay please contact us promptly. To reduce the duration of your stay, there will be no refund from the Management of the complex Ekavi Apartments after your arrival at the hotel.

Cancelation of Reservation
The customer reserves the right to cancel his reservation any time, with the following sanctions:

Non-appearance of the customer at the hotel	Fee: 100% of the total cost of stay
Cancellation 0-15 days before the day of the arrival at the hotel	Fee: 100% of the total cost of stay
Cancellation by 16 – 60 days before the day of the arrival at the hotel	Fee: 50% of the total accomodation cost
Cancellation more than 61 days before arrival	Return the entire amount of the total accommodation cos

The refund from the Management of the complex Ekavi Apartments to the tenant will be by bank transfer (charged to the customer’s transfer cost). For any questions about the booking terms please do not hesitate to contact us.
